This Privacy Policy explains how AK-Techsolutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit aktechsolutions.tech (the “Website”), contact us, use our services or enrol in courses through the AK-Techsolutions Academy.

By using the Website you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

• Contact and enquiry details, such as your name, business email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your project description.
• Academy account details, such as your name, email address, password and profile information.
• Billing information needed to process course purchases. Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Any files, messages or feedback you send us, including reviews and support requests.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring pages and the date and time of your visit.
• Course activity, such as lessons completed, quiz results and progress, so the Academy can track your learning.
• Cookies and similar technologies, described below.

• Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver the services you request.
• Create and manage Academy accounts, provide course access, track progress and issue certificates.

We handle such data only on the client’s instructions, for the purpose of delivering the agreed work, and keep it confidential. Where a project involves connecting AI or third-party services to client data, we agree the scope of data access with the client in advance.

You can update Academy profile details from your account, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email.

The Website and our services are intended for adults and businesses. Academy courses are intended for learners aged 16 and over, or younger learners with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without such consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Website.
