The terms that apply when you use the AK-Techsolutions website, work with us on a project or enrol in an Academy course.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of aktechsolutions.tech (the “Website”), the services provided by AK-Techsolutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), and courses offered through the AK-Techsolutions Academy. By using the Website, requesting our services or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
We provide technology services including web development, custom software, AI automation and agents, custom AI solutions, AI lead generation, voice bots and telephony, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, IT support and SaaS products. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote, proposal or agreement (a “Project Agreement”). If a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement applies for that project.
To help us deliver on time, you agree to provide accurate information, content, access and feedback when requested, and to confirm you have the rights to any materials you give us. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs. You are responsible for how you use the solutions we deliver, including compliance with laws that apply to your business, such as rules on marketing, call recording and customer data.
Requests outside the agreed scope are treated as change requests. We will confirm any effect on price and timeline in writing before carrying out the extra work.
AI systems, including chatbots, voice agents and automations, generate outputs based on data and models that can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and for decisions made using them. We recommend keeping a human in the loop for sensitive matters such as payments, legal, medical or financial decisions. Third-party AI and telephony providers may change their features, pricing or availability, which can affect a solution; we will help you adapt where reasonably possible.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical or customer information received from the other, and to use it only for the purpose of the project. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, or required to be disclosed by law.
We fix defects in our own work that are reported within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost, unless the Project Agreement states a different period. This does not cover issues caused by changes made by others, third-party services, hosting problems or new feature requests. Ongoing support and maintenance are available under a separate plan.
Accounts. You must provide accurate details when creating an account and keep your login secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Course access. When you enrol, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for your own learning, for the access period shown on the course page. You may not download, copy, record, resell or share course videos or materials, except where downloads are provided for your personal use.
Prices and payment. Course prices are shown on the course page and must be paid in full before access is granted, unless a payment plan is offered.
Refunds. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course. Refund requests should be sent to the email address below. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. Courses bought at a discount or as part of a bundle may have different conditions, which will be shown at checkout.
Certificates. Certificates confirm completion of a course and its assessments. They are not a government or university qualification unless stated.
Changes to courses. We may update, improve or replace course content to keep it current.
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, scraping content, sending spam through our forms, or using the Website for anything unlawful.
The Website and our solutions may rely on or link to third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, Google services, AI platforms and telephony carriers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
The Website and its content are provided for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project or course is limited to the amount you paid us for that project or course in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Either party may end a project with written notice if the other seriously breaches these Terms or the Project Agreement and does not fix the breach within 14 days. If a project is cancelled, you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and advance payments cover work already performed. We may suspend or close Academy accounts that break these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled first through good-faith discussion, and if unresolved, by the courts of Islamabad.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not affect projects already agreed in writing.
